Prices & VAT
All prices are displayed in £’s sterling and exclusive of VAT at 20%. The prices and terms & conditions set out in this website are correct at the time of publishing. On the rare occasion where there is an error with product details or pricing, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability.
Deliveries are made between 8.30am to 5.30pm on the day of delivery, specific delivery times cannot be arranged.

Payment can be made securely online using one of the following methods: Visa / MasterCard / Visa Electron / Maestro / Solo / PayPal.

Fax or email us a purchase order (subject to prior agreement) and submit your order together with payment via Cheque.

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.
Most products on this website are made to order, we aim to supply goods as detailed on the product pages, however occasionally there may be a delay in procuring certain parts and this may result in a delayed delivery. If this does occur then we will endeavour to advise you as soon as possible about the delay.
Part Delivery / Damaged Goods
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the Company must be advised within 24 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. Product arriving damaged from a delivery company must be signed for as ‘Damaged’ to enable us to pursue a claim through the delivery company. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The Company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses incurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
Under no circumstances will the Company accept the return of any goods without written approval by the Company. A customer goods return number will be issued once the return has been approved, all goods must be accompanied with the original invoice. Goods can only be returned if they have not been used and are still in the original packaging.
If the goods are found to be unsuitable for re-stocking they will be returned to the customer and will require payment in full plus additional carriage charges where applicable.
To return goods the Company must be informed within 48 hours of a signed delivery note
Returned goods will be inspected for suitable re-stocking, if goods are accepted a 25% re-stocking and handling charge will be applied and deducted from your returns credit.
The Company will not be responsible for shipping damage resulting from inappropriate or insufficient packaging of returned items. Items being returned must be carefully packed to prevent damage in shipment and insured against possible damage or loss.
Goods cannot be returned if they have been specially manufactured or ordered on the customers’ behalf.
Cancellation of Orders
Where cancellation is accepted, the company will charge the customer a 35% restocking and handling charge on the net order value. Under no circumstances will cancellation be accepted for items specially manufactured or ordered on the customers’ behalf.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
