How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
Do you manufacture everything in-house?
Yes. Every piece of furniture is designed and built at our Yorkshire workshop in Summerbridge, Harrogate.
Can you make furniture to a specific size or layout?
Absolutely. We work to your exact dimensions, room layout, and specification requirements. We produce drawings in SolidWorks for your approval before we begin manufacturing, so you can be confident the finished product will fit perfectly.
What worktop surface do you use?
Our standard worktop is Trespa TopLab®, a high-pressure laminate specifically developed for laboratory environments. It offers excellent resistance to chemicals, heat, and impact, and is available in a range of thicknesses including 16mm and 20mm options depending on the application.
Do you deliver assembled or flat-pack?
All furniture arrives fully assembled. We never ship flat-pack, our tables are fully welded and structurally rigid, and we believe that integrity should be preserved right to installation. Because of this, please ensure you’ve measured your access routes and doorways before delivery.
Do you offer height-adjustable furniture?
Yes. We manufacture crank-handle and motorised height-adjustable lab tables, suitable for environments where different users or working practices require flexibility.
Can you include sinks, taps, and storage within the furniture?
Yes. We regularly integrate sinks, water taps, gas taps, drainage, and storage cabinetry directly into our bench designs. Storage units can be fitted within the table framework, mounted independently on plinths, or made mobile with braked castors.
What storage options are available?
We supply storage cabinets in a range of configurations. Single and double door, drawers, or combined door-and-drawer units. All come with adjustable shelving as standard, and door locks are available on request. Standard colours are white or light grey, but a wide range of door, drawer, and lipping colours is available.
Who do you typically supply?
We work with NHS trusts, universities, schools, pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and independent fit-out contractors across the UK. We also export internationally and have experience with specialist packing and freight.
Can I see a 3D visualisation before ordering?
Yes. For bespoke and custom furniture projects we provide a full 3D visualisation presentation for your review and approval prior to manufacturing.
